  Spam or junk mail is identified by your email provider (outlook, hotmail, gmail etc.) if an email sent to you contains trigger words or originates from an unknown sender.

• How can I make sure emails from FIIG are delivered to my inbox?

  To ensure you don't miss any of FIIG's emails because of spam or junk filtering, simply add us to your safe senders list. This will tell your email provider (outlook, hotmail, gmail etc.) that emails from FIIG are safe and delivered directly to your inbox. 

• Adding FIIG to your safe senders list

  To ensure you don't miss any important communications from FIIG, add us to your safe senders or trusted senders list through your email provider. 

  Typically, you can either add our new issues email addresses (enews@fiig.com.au and newissue@fiig.com.au) to your safe sender list or select an email from FIIG and indicate that it is not junk and should be added to your safe list.
