On 18 March 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 situation, we activated our Work From Home program across all of our offices, with the majority of FIIG staff moving to working remotely. Our physical CBD offices have remained open on a limited basis during this time and our business functions have been operating as normal.
Taking into account guidance from Government and Health authorities we believe that this was an appropriate course of action to support the wellbeing of our teams, clients and the community, whilst minimising disruption to our services.
These were precautionary measures and we have continued to review our position and monitor advice from public health authorities. With the easing of government restrictions across the States we believe that a return to the office environment is an appropriate step. FIIG employees located in our Brisbane and Perth offices have commenced the transition back to work.
Health and safety is our first priority and we'll continue to be alert to social distancing, hygiene and other requirements in accordance with the advice and direction of health authorities.
